Strategic Planning Professional (SPP) Course

Summary

Strategic planning consultants are used by small businesses as well as large corporations and non-profit organizations to help plan long-term growth and development strategies. A strategic planner must have a good understanding of the business and its current direction in order to gather information and make recommendations on designing a future path.

This course will focus on the strategic thinking and leadership behaviors that high-performing organizations need for a successful long-term future. This course will lead participants to a more strategic visionary leadership focused on delivering real value to their audiences and customers. This will enable organizations to strive to improve every aspect of the business, as delegates will understand the process of value creation and execution to bring that value to reality. Participants will also discover how to move from transactional to transformational leadership, as true strategic management requires managers and leaders at all levels to create the mindsets and behaviors necessary to transform the organization from its current model to the new strategic model defined by the vision.
