Course in modern trends in the management and organization of hospitals

Summary

The recent trends in hospital management are the integrated performance evaluation model for the overall quantitative and qualitative evaluation, associated with the efficiency and quality of the hospital's medical and health services, corrective action in more than one service location, and more than one assessment method for more than one activity in the framework of the degree of verification of the objectives set for the hospital.  This is carried out through administrative procedures connected in several stages, including applied and environmental studies, setting goals, studying resources, structuring and coordinating the service system, overall evaluation and feedback.  The various indicators that are commensurate with the nature and method and procedures for each activity and each category are evaluated. This include those relating to inputs, outputs, and modes of operation, management, leadership and relations between the workforce and the beneficiaries of the services, the environment and the surrounding community.
